Rev. Claudia Aguilar Rubalcava, Parish Associate

Rev. Claudia Aguilar Rubalcava began serving as Montview’s Parish Associate in February 2024. Rev. Claudia is an ordained PC(USA) pastor who has worked in churches, campus ministries, hospitals, and institutions of theological education. Being bilingual, bicultural, and binational is part of her call to build bridges among different groups of people. She is currently the Director of Engagement at More Light Presbyterians, a non-profit organization dedicated to allowing the full participation of LGBTQIA+ people in life, ministry and society. Rev. Claudia supports our Mission Life ministry in this position. 

Parish Associate positions are encouraged by the PC(USA) to allow ministers serving in non-church settings the opportunity to stay connected with a local church.
