Free Meditation Class
The IAM-20®️ – Integrated Amrita Meditation technique is taught free of charge around the world and features gentle yoga exercises and an effective and easy-to-practice sitting meditation process. Once learned, it can be comfortably practiced daily by anyone in just 20 minutes. This 3-hour class will help participants establish a regular practice for improving mental clarity, well-being and reducing stress and anxiety. Those who have previously learned this practice are welcome to attend either the entire class again or just the last hour (11am-12pm) as a refresher. RSVP required for all participants (see below).
