Barbara Gehring, longtime friend of Montview Church (and comedy partner of Linda Klein Orosz) saw the Christmas Trees for a Cause notice in Montview’s weekly email and decided to take part. She wanted to share some highlights of their trip with the Montview community….

“To be able to cut down our Christmas tree in a forest (in order to maintain area’s health) while donating to a wonderful cause (The Delores Project) was a memorable start to the Season for our family.  Kathleen and Philip, the owners of the ranch, offered much Christmas Cheer including hot coffee and cocoa and home baked goods before sending us off into the snowy woods to pick the perfect tree! Oh, and the drive is beautiful.”

Thank you and your family for participating in the Christmas Tree program to benefit the Delores Project.  Over 75 families participated in the program this year with contributions exceeding $30,000.00.

We are grateful to all who supported The Delores Project Christmas Tree Program.  We hope you enjoyed your Christmas tree and send our best wishes for a joyous and healthy 2021.
