42 Your Faithfulness, O Lord, Is Sure (Winchester New)
*Corporate Confession (Unison)
Against the orders of hate
You bring us the law of love.
In the face of so many lies
You are the truth out loud.
Amid so much news of death
You have the word of life.
After so many false promises, frustrated hopes,
You have, Lord Jesus, the last word,
And your truth will set us free.
Help us to put our trust in you. Amen.

*The Baptismal Creed (11:00am) (Unison)
In life and in death we belong to God. Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, we trust in the one triune God, the Holy One of Israel, whom alone we worship and serve. We trust in Jesus Christ, fully human, fully God. We trust in God, whom Jesus called Abba, Father. We trust in the Holy Spirit, everywhere the giver and renewer of life. With believers in every time and place, we rejoice that nothing in life or in death can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Glory be to the Creator, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Amen. (Excerpted from A Brief Statement of Faith.)

Join our May 15 worship services, as we bless and dedicate the new spaces of the church. After the 8:30 and 11am services, we’ll open our doors so that you can get a preview of how our building has been transformed. While a few areas of the project are not quite finished, we’re finally able to reopen some spaces to celebrate all that we’ve accomplished.
