*Call to Worship
Leader: We bring heart, mind and body
People: We share hope, struggle and joy
Leader: We bring our faith and our doubt
People: We share our stories and our compassion
All: With all that we are, and all that we have, we worship God together.
*Corporate Confession (Unison)
Almighty God, we enter your presence
confessing the things we try to conceal from you and
the things we try to conceal from others.
We confess the heartbreak, worry, and sorrow we have caused,
that make it difficult for others to forgive us,
the times we have made it easy for others to do wrong,
the harm we have done that makes it hard for us to forgive ourselves.
Lord have mercy and forgive us.
In Christ Jesus we pray, amen.

RESPONDING TO GOD’S GRACE
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Amy Slothower
You are invited to come forward up the center aisle, beginning with the front pews, to place your pledge in the Montview Chest. If you prefer to pledge online, please click here. If you have already made your pledge please take a blank pledge card (found in the pews) and place it in the chest as a sign of your commitment. Offering plates are stationed at the exits for the regular morning offering. We invite all to join the procession as an act of your personal dedication before God.
Processional Anthem
Here I Am, Lord
Daniel L Schutte (b.1947)
Text – Hymnal #69
*Response
607 Praise God, from Whom All Blessings Flow (Doxology)
Praise God, from whom all blessings flow; Praise Christ, all people here below;
Praise Holy Spirit evermore; Praise Triune God, whom we adore. Amen.
*Prayer of Dedication (Unison)
God of blessing and abundance, God of hope and strength, you offer us love beyond measure. May your Spirit move us to offer that love to others. God of all gifts, teach us to spend our love and compassion on the lives of those who need us, sharing the burdens of others and encouraging one another in this community of faithfulness. Blessed God, receive these gifts in the service of all that is kind and good, as you receive us in your great love. Amen.

We believe that the love of God surrounds us. Our call is to nurture this love in ourselves and each other. Through prayer, worship, education, outreach and mission, we seek to foster spiritual fulfillment, community, tolerance, peace, non-violence and social justice. We dedicate ourselves and our church to follow the Spirit of Christ by word and deed.
