Craig Robertson, Director of Music for Children and Youth

Craig Robertson, Director of Music for Children and Youth

After an months-long search process, led by myself, Sandy Prouty, Marti Sutterlin, Heidi Shriver and Rebecca Koenigberg, Montview Church is thrilled to announce our new Director of Music for Children and Youth is Craig Robertson.

Craig is a new resident of Colorado, moving here from Atlanta, GA, to pursue his doctorate in Choral Conducting at CU Boulder.  Craig brings with him over 15 years experience leading public school choirs in all ages, as well as five years experience in part-time church music directing.  His energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and he’s an exceptional youth choir director, with his choirs from Georgia and Florida receiving numerous awards and festival invitations (Carnegie Hall, Jefferson Memorial, etc).  In addition to leading and conducting our middle school and timbrel choral groups, he’ll also co-direct the cantate choir, help out with Musique and Masque, and help out with Westminster Choir.  If you’d like to learn more about Craig, click here.

Please join us in welcoming Craig to the Montview community!  We’re excited to witness the gifts and talents he’ll share with our children, youth and the congregation as a whole.

On behalf of the search committee,

Adam Waite
Minister of Music
