1. Should each household only complete one survey?

No. Each member of the church within each household, including youth members, should complete the survey individually. Some questions should only be answered by each household, so please review the questions carefully.

2. When is the survey due?

Please complete the survey by September 29th.

3. Should I complete more than one survey?

No, whether you complete the survey online or in paper, please only complete one survey per member.  

4. How long will the survey take? 

About 20 minutes, or longer, depending on your personal styles and process. Please be aware you cannot save your work, so the entire survey needs to be completed online in one sitting. 

5. Can I have a paper copy? 

Yes, please call the church office at (303) 355-1651 to obtain a paper version or email askus@montview.org.

6. Are my answers anonymous?

Yes, all answers are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual members.

7. Will the survey be made public? 

Yes, the Transition Team will provide a summary of the results sometime before the end of the year.

8. Can I save my work and return later? 

No, you cannot save your work, so the entire survey needs to be completed online in one sitting.

9. What will be done with the survey results?

The results of the CAT will be shared with the Session, the Transition Team, and eventually the Co-Pastor Nominating Committee when it is formed later this year.
